The Centro Multidisciplinario de Especialidades Dentales, IMED (Multidisciplinary Center of Dental Specialties) is an educational center that through its innovative model in Mexico and the support of the Ministry of Education Jalisco, offers specialized dentistry education based on scientific evidence, an educational platform, and modern facilities, equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

To provide and offer educational services with a Specialty degree, combining scientific and technological education on a humanistic basis; promoting an attitude of lifelong learning, an effort-based culture, and a spirit of self-improvement; bringing together the depth in the study of each dental discipline with a broad vision of the company, the community, and life, seeking to improve the academic quality in a permanently manner.

The Headquarters of IMED was inaugurated through a strategic alliance between the Director of IMED, DMD Juan Delgado and the Director of CMF, DMD Luis Ramírez in Antigua Guatemala City in 2018.
iMED GT offers diploma courses and courses intended to meet the academic needs of general and specialized dentists and to keep them updated, providing continuing education of international quality including national and international speakers with several dental refresher courses. National and international speakers with various dental update courses.
The continuing education courses offered at iMED Diplomados Guatemala are on Aesthetic Rehabilitation and Cosmetic Dentistry, and the diploma course on Oral Surgery and Implantology will soon be opened.
The course is geared towards general dentists interested in Dental Rehabilitation, with a capacity limit in order to conduct a completely personalized course. It includes the newest and first-hand information and scientific evidence, in such a manner that all knowledge can be applied from the first day in your daily consultation. The diploma course is divided into theoretical, practical, and clinical sessions, organized in such a way that you can get the most out of it. It consists of 10 modules, one module per month.
The course is designed to be a logical academic sequence and is intended to enable the students the immediate implementation of everything learned in each module to patient cases in their own clinic.
During the theoretical lessons, updated scientific information on care protocols as well as techniques, instruments, and materials to achieve the desired results is provided. In addition, it includes the demonstration of these techniques on inert material, the use of instruments and material handling, and finally, the application on patients.
